GROUPON REDEMPTION POLICY

VOUCHER REDEMPTION


How to Redeem: To redeem your Groupon voucher, please call our front desk at (719) 602-9255 or email us at Hello@RiseWellnessLounge.com with your voucher code and preferred appointment date and time.


Booking/Reservation: We recommend booking your service at least two weeks in advance to ensure availability. Please mention your Groupon voucher when making the appointment.


Expiration Policy:
After Expiry: Expired vouchers can still be redeemed at Rise Wellness Lounge for the amount originally paid. The promotional value is no longer valid after expiration.


Extensions: We do not offer extensions on expired vouchers.


CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING


Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee of $50.


Fees: No-shows, Late cancellations, or Same-Day Cancellations may result in forfeiture of the Groupon voucher.


RESTRICTIONS AND LIMITATIONS


Limitations: Groupon vouchers are valid for first-time clients only and cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions.


Availability: Services are subject to availability, and some services may not be available for booking with a Groupon voucher.


REFUND POLICY


Refunds from Groupon: For refunds on your Groupon voucher, please contact Groupon Customer Service directly within their refund window.


Business Refunds: Rise Wellness Lounge does not offer direct refunds for Groupon vouchers.


Rise Wellness Lounge Refund Policy: All service packages and pre-paid treatment services must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon. Aesthetic packages are non-refundable once purchased. No refunds will be given for procedures once they have been performed. If for some reason you are unable to use a pre-paid service (single or in a package), we will transfer your available credit toward another service with management approval. Our priority is to ensure clients receive the best care and are satisfied with their treatment outcomes. In the event you are unsatisfied with your results, please let your provider know immediately so we may address your concerns.

 

We do not offer refunds for treatment and/or services rendered. All aesthetic treatments and/or any other custom packages are NON-REFUNDABLE and cannot be substituted for any other packages without the approval of the owner. Aesthetic treatment results vary by individual and achieving the desired outcome and/or results cannot be guaranteed. Clients are responsible for treatment costs associated with additional treatments needed to achieve further desired results.
